Return & Refund Policy
We want you and your dog to love your gear. If something isn't quite right, here's how we'll make it right.
01Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
02Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original packaging, with any inner packaging unopened;
- Unassembled and unworn;
- In resalable condition, with the product and packaging intact.
03How to Start a Return
Email support@zultank9.com with your name, order number, and the reason for your return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Approved returns ship to our facility in Rogers, Arkansas.
04Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service.
05Processing & Refunds
Please allow 7–14 business days for inspection once your return arrives. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
06Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away so we can fix it fast.
- Missing items must be reported within 5 days of delivery, with photos where applicable.
- If a replacement was sent, both the original and replacement items must be returned together where requested.
07Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
