Shipping Policy
Getting gear to you and your dog should be simple and stress-free. Here's exactly how we process and ship every order.
01Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We don't ship on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer — if that happens, we'll keep you posted by email.
02Shipping & Delivery (United States)
After processing, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date your order ships. Packages are usually delivered on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. All timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, and seasonal peaks.
03Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, typically active within 24–48 hours. Please track using the tracking number provided (not your order number). Need a hand? Email support@zultank9.com.
04Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll review your case and, where appropriate, send a replacement in line with our policy.
05Good to Know
- Processing time is separate from — and does not count toward — the delivery estimate.
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control.
- Refunds and replacements are handled per our Return & Refund Policy.
